Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your GrowOperative account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
Email support@growoperative.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and process the request.
In-app deletion (Account Settings → Delete account) is coming soon; until then, the email request above is the way to delete your account.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we remove:
- Your profile (username, name, email, role, and profile photo).
- Your item listings and their photos.
- Your requests, and your trust connections.
What may be retained
Because trades and credit balances involve another member, records of a completed trade may be kept as part of the other party’s history and for legal or accounting requirements. We keep these only as long as necessary, minimise the personal information in them, and then delete them.
Timeline
We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We will let you know once it is done.
